Due to several server & cost related developments, we will be making a few changes to our member websites and also the GulfCoastMasons.com site.
You may notice some of these minor changes over the next two weeks.
We also are changing servers, and if you see your lodge's site go down, it will only be for a few hours as we move the code to the new server.
In addition to streamlining our sites to make it less time consuming to manage them , we will also make several cost cutting moves.
Effective today (Jan 1, 2012) we have closed down the Mason Talk Forum due to spam attacks.
We also will no longer support the ABBA Shine site as this duplicates the efforts of the site the shrine itself now has.
We continue to look for brothers with html code experience to help us out. Please drop us a line if you are interested.

Sonora Masonic Lodge #635 F&AM will hold their annual chicken dinner fundraisers on Saturday, January 7th, February 4th and March 3rd from 11:00 am-1:30 pm.
The lodge is located at 202 E. Jackson Street in Summerdale.
Adult plates will be $8.50 and a child's plate will be $4.00. Delivery is available on multiple plate orders.
The dinners will include chicken, mashed potatos with gravy, cole slaw, green beans, dessert and complimentary tea for dine-in guests only.
Proceeds generated from the three month fundraiser will be used towards monthly lodge expenditures such as utilities and insurance.

It is with a heavy heart that I must announce I am resigning as webmaster of the GulfCoastMasons.com website and all affiliated sites in July of 2012.
Due to health reasons, and a huge drain on my time being asked of me to update sites, I no longer can continue creating and managing websites for our brothers and sisters.
I will be sending a disc with your lodge's website code on it to each lodge, streamlining this site, and if anyone would like to join us and take over the duties managing our website, please let me know.
It have been a wonderful experience creating this website system, but I simply can no longer continue and I feel if anyone steps forward to take it over, I should have enough time between now and mid summer to show him or her the ropes.
I will continue with my work helping the children at the Shrine, and hopefully this will also allow me the time to get back and involved in the blue lodges.

ATTENTION TRAVELING BROTHERS!!
While you are more than welcome to visit and attend work at our area lodges,
please remember that prior to being admitted to an area lodge room,
you WILL be required to present a current F&AM membership card
and you will be tried at the door to prove you are an F&AM Master Mason.
Brothers from other nations will be required to show a letter
from their lodges secretary with the lodge seal.
